Any complaint about possible damages in the instrument caused by the shipping, or something else must be notified from the customer to the carrier in the moment of the delivery, writing everything wrong noticed in the transport document and writing to the builder:

Complaints

We don't accept complaints after 8 days from the delivery of the instrument.

Production Time

Three months with our confirm by the moment we receive the deposit.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for foreign countries are more or less Euro 258,23
It dipends on the distance of the customer's country

The shipping is paid by the customer and is made by a carrier chosen by Saldaneri Guitars.
